Renovation Update
Phase one of our renovations were completed in 2025 which included renovating a total of 30 apartments (one and two bedroom). We also continue to give updates to all of our apartments that are not receiving the full renovation by updating flooring, paint, light fixtures, and new a/c units.
Newly Renovated Apartments - Available Now!
Our one- and two-bedroom apartments have washer/dryers and dishwashers in the unit. Renovations include all new luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout the unit, quartz counter tops in the kitchens and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances and all new cabinetry, finishes and fixtures throughout. One-bedroom units are 660 square feet, and two bedrooms are 890 square feet. All units include private outdoor living space with storage.
Accessible Pool for Exercise & Relaxation
All residents have use of the pool for aqua exercise, walking laps, or simply soothing aching muscles in the 80 degree water. There is a mobile pool lift to assist residents who need help to safely enter and exit the pool from any location on deck.

A newly renovated dining room boasts a bright and fresh atmosphere for residents to meet over a meal while relaxing and sharing casual conversation.
