Join us for a four part series entitled “The Empowered Caregiver” presented by the Alzheimer’s Association of CNY. You can register for one program or all four. Throughout this series you’ll learn and talk about the roles of caregiver and importance of building a support team, providing the right amount of support to the person living with dementia, how to communicate well and what to think about for the future. This program is FREE but registration is required.
